Questions about pricing
Is there a subscription or minimum?
No. Flat rate per graphic, pay per job. Ten or more a month qualifies for a batch rate if you want one.
What is the difference between vectorization and upscaling?
Vectorization rebuilds the artwork as true vector paths — the file for cutting, routing, printing large and separating colors. Upscaling keeps it as a raster and returns a sharp high-resolution PNG and JPG. If the job needs a plotter or a big print, you want the vector.
Why is the price quoted by email instead of picked on a menu?
Because the tier depends on the artwork, and you should not have to judge that. Send it, we tell you the tier and the price, and you approve before anything is charged.
What does rush cost?
Usually double the tier price. It is quoted on the job and only promised when we can actually hit it.
Are revisions extra?
No. One round on Simple, two on Standard and Complex. Fixing our own mistake is always free.
Do you charge sales tax?
Where required. Buying for resale or tax exempt? Upload your certificate on the tax exemption page and we take it off your invoices.
