Trade Desk Graphics ("TDG", "we") is a trade-only design service. Our services are offered to sign, wrap, print and related businesses, not to the general public. By placing an order or subscribing to a plan you confirm you are acting on behalf of a business.
We provide graphic design, vectorization, upscaling, pre-production files, permit drawings and creative presentations as described on this site. Quick Jobs and one-off jobs are quoted before any work starts. Plan customers receive design hours per billing cycle as described on the Pricing page; unused hours do not roll over unless the plan says otherwise.
Our standard is files within 48 business hours of approval, Monday through Friday, US Eastern, excluding US federal holidays. Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees, and may be longer for complex jobs, incomplete submissions or rush volume. Rush work is quoted separately.
You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, artwork, photos and other material you send us, and that our work on it will not infringe anyone's rights. You are responsible for your customer's approval of proofs and for checking copy, dimensions and colors before production. We are not responsible for errors approved in a proof.
Once a job is paid in full, you own the finished deliverables we create for you. We retain the right to reuse non-identifying techniques, templates and working methods. With your permission we may show finished work in our portfolio; you can decline at any time.
Reasonable revisions within the original brief are included as described for each service. Changes to the brief are a new job or billed against plan hours. If a vectorization or upscale does not match what was quoted, we will redo it at no charge.
Permit drawings and creative presentations are illustrative and are prepared from the information you supply. They are not engineered or stamped drawings and are not a substitute for a licensed engineer, code review or a site survey. Field-verify all dimensions.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job or, for plans, the fees paid for the current billing cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, reprints or installation costs.
We treat your files, customers and pricing as confidential and use them only to do your work.
