What we collect

• Forms you submit: name, email, company, phone, store number, job details, uploaded files, and for free tools your role and shop revenue range.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card or bank account numbers.
• Usage: we use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device). You can opt out with the Google Analytics browser add-on.

How we use it

To quote and deliver your work, run your account and plan, send job updates and invoices, respond to your messages, and improve the site and our services. If you download a free tool, we may follow up by email about our services; every email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us operate: Netlify (site and form hosting), Google Workspace (email and file storage), Stripe (payments), HubSpot (contact records), and the designers who work on your job. We do not sell your information.

Your files

Artwork and files you send are used only to do your work and are stored in our job folders. Ask us to delete a job's files at any time after delivery.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and job records for as long as you are a customer and as required for tax and accounting. Email info@tradedeskgraphics.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing email.
